Delete your account and data
On this page you can request deletion of your Audirovanie account and all data associated with it. Deletion is permanent: your learning progress, dictionary and subscription cannot be restored afterwards.
How to delete your account
- Fill in the form below with the e-mail address your account is registered to.
- We will send a confirmation e-mail to that address to verify the request really comes from you.
- Once confirmed, your account and data will be deleted within 30 days, and you will receive a notification when it is done.
What data is deleted
- Account data: e-mail address, display name, language settings.
- Learning data: progress, opened materials, personal dictionary, favourites, quiz results and review history.
- Pronunciation assessment results and associated voice recording data.
- Device push tokens and notification settings.
- Any active subscription stops renewing and the saved payment method is detached.
What data is kept and for how long
- Payment records — kept by the operator for up to 5 years as required by Russian accounting and tax law; after account deletion they are no longer linked to any app profile.
- Support correspondence — may be kept for up to 3 years to resolve potential disputes.
- Backups — deleted data automatically disappears from backup copies within 30 days (rotation cycle).
Deleting some data without deleting the account
If you want to delete only some of your data (e.g. voice recordings, dictionary or learning history) without deleting the account itself, say so in the comment field above or via the contact form. We will process such requests within the same timeframe.
